ARE YOUR CERAMICS SAFE?
Unless stated otherwise, everything is made of high fired stoneware and the glazes we use do not contain lead or barium. This means they're microwave, dishwasher and food safe!
For longevity of your pieces, we recommend that you hand wash your piece to maintain its original appearance.
CAN I PUT MY PIECE IN THE DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE?
Yes to both. However, we recommend that you handwash your pieces as the quick temperature changes can cause stress to a piece, especially if it is exposed to them often.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are considered final. Our products are 100% handmade. As with all handmade items, small imperfections are to be expected.
Each item is inspected for any defects and any noteable defect will be described in our listings.
We love our pieces and we take the utmost care iand properly package our pieces. However, we acknowledge that we have no control over our items once it has been sent for delivery.
If your item is broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the broken item and the packaging. We will work together to find a solution, whether it be issuing a refund (excluding shipping) or sending you a replacement based off availability. As some of my pieces are unique, your replacement might not be exactly the same as the original ordered, but i will do my best to find a solution that works for us both. Where a replacement piece is not readily available, it may take up to 6 weeks to recreate the piece.
